Because every Fifth Avenue Labs product is a sealed research material, we cannot accept returns. Here is exactly how we protect your order instead.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. Because sealed research vials cannot be resold once they leave our facility, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
2. Damaged, Contaminated or Mis-Shipped Items
Your order is protected. If an item arrives damaged, contaminated, or is not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement at no charge.
- Damaged or contaminated in transit: free replacement, no charge
- Mis-shipped items: correct item sent at no charge
3. How to Request a Replacement
Email info@fifthavenuelabs.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We usually reply within 4 business hours, and never later than 1 business day.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing info@fifthavenuelabs.com. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
